A: Yes. We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the production process

A: We have QC department to control the quality from the beginning of production until goods finish. Quality inspection report will be sent together with each batch goods
3. Q:How long can I get some samples for checking and what about the price?
A: Normally samples will be done within 1-2 days (automatic machining parts) or 3-5 day (CNC machining parts). The sample cost depends on all information (size, material, finish, etc.). We will return the sample cost if your order quantity is good.
4. Q: Can you provide paper documents like materials?
A: Yes, we can provide RoHS compliance document of materials if you need.
Some surface finish documents are defaulted to attach with the goods.
5. Q:How do you handle customer complaints?
A: In case of any quality complaints after you get the goods, please show us photos and detail complaints points, we will check and confirm quickly, and finally give our solution within 24 hours. If making replacement was needed, we would arrange production urgently and send you replacement as fast as we can. We do our best to guarantee customers’ right.
