Qingdao Huijintong Power Equipment Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer producing various galvanized steel structures including Lattice Angle Steel Tower, Steel Tube Tower, Communication Tower, Steel Pole, Substation Structure, Solar Bracket, Radio & Television Tower, Plant Structure and Misc. Steel Structures, etc. used for 1000kV extra-high voltage and below voltage levels of transmission lines.
HJT has a production license of producing 1000KV transmission lines and production qualification of steel tube tower used for 750kV four column transmission line; it is the unit participated in the preparation of 2012 Edition of DL/T646-2012 Manufacturing Technology Conditions of Power Transmission Steel Tube Structure. HJT has an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons, galvanizing capacity of 200,000 tons. Currently, HJT has 1100 staff, and consists of 8 departments and five professional production workshops. With ERP tower production management system, HJT manages the overall operating activities including product sales, research and design, material supply, processing and manufacturing, transportation, installation and after-sales service, etc. The products are sold to the State Grid, China Southern Grid, five power generation companies, wind power generation and microwave communications, and they are also exported to Canada, Pakistan, Myanmar, and Kyrghyzstan and other countries and districts.
HJT established a perfect quality-safety-environment integrated management system in order to comply with the laws and regulations. In 2010, HJT passed the national high-tech enterprise identification and has 22 national patents so far. HJT has a professional technology research and development team with 50 professional and technical staff; it also hired a number of domestic well-known experts as technical advisers to continuously ensure the technological innovation capability.
Through protracted and unremitting efforts, HJT has completed many excellent power projects, and now HJT is climbing on one and another peak.

Production Equipment
We have two professional digital steel tube tower production lines, six Japan Panasonic robot CNC welding lines, one 2400 tons CNC bending machine, two CMF France auto welding machines and six plasma & flame automatic cutting machines of USA Hypertherm CNC system, fully realizing numerical control on processing of steel tube tower. Besides, with nine CNC angle steel production lines, seven CNC board production lines and three new-generation high-speed CNC drilling production lines, HJT has enough ability to complete mass production of high-voltage level angle steel tower. For product anti-corrosion, 150,000 tons hot-dip galvanizing production line and centrifugal bolts galvanizing line designed and manufactured by the USA WESTECH (Dalian Company) are adopted which effectively solves the color difference defects and adhesion problems after the components are galvanized.

A total of 22 technical staff members work in the After-sales Service Department, responsible for the delivery and hand-over process, installation assistance, maintenance, repair and the technical training of all the after-sales service personnel, and capable of installing the equipment and dealing with emergencies. With special training by the Labor Department, the staff is qualified to work at heights and can deal with problems that arise during installation. Once the goods have been sent, the staff members will arrive at the site within 5 days before installation, so as to assist the construction units.
